She has always loved being creative with art from a very young age. Anna paints landscapes and cityscapes, whether working on a large or small scale. She likes to bring out the character in her paintings and drawings of wildlife using her own style. Anna creates bold and vibrant pieces of work on canvas or paper which are inspired by the beauty of the natural world.

Artist’s Statement

“Art has always made me happy as I am a person who has a need to express myself creatively. I continue to challenge myself with every new piece of work that I produce. I love to learn from the process of creating different pieces of art and there is always something that surprises me. What I hope to achieve in my work is to make something which is perceived to be interesting to look at and is absorbing. I always try to inject positive emotion and energy into my art. I am most passionate about the use of colour, how it may be blended and particularly how attention to detail may be expressed uniquely in a piece of art. I am at my happiest when I find myself lost in deep concentration working on a new painting or drawing."
